At the introduction of Module one, the idea of the shift that has happened in reporting from a focus on Outputs before to a focus on Outcomes today, was interesting to note. An important learning too was how breaking down our outcomes into immediate, intermediate and Ultimate outcomes can help us apply timelines and thus make our outcomes more SMART.
My learnings from logic models is that they paint a clear picture and give a good understanding of a program on one page. Thus it helps us plan, implement our plans and communicate more effectively with a focus on evaluation.
I still need to practice how ensure the inputs, Activities and outputs of a logic Model ties neatly to the outcomes.
