Il a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment occup\u00e9 le poste de chef de projet des initiatives antiracistes au Conseil multiculturel du Nouveau-Brunswick (CMNB) et de copr\u00e9sident du groupe de travail du pr\u00e9sident sur la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 Mount Allison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-wide wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\" style=\"margin-top:10px\"><br\/>Ivan a immigr\u00e9 au Canada pour poursuivre ses \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures, o\u00f9 il a obtenu un master en \u00e9tudes du d\u00e9veloppement international (IDS) \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 Dalhousie \u00e0 Halifax, en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse.
