S&rsquo;inspirant de deux programmes ayant fait leurs preuves, ce projet identifie les obstacles \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et montre comment d\u00e9velopper et mettre en \u0153uvre des programmes d&#8217;emploi qui s&rsquo;attaquent \u00e0 ces obstacles et les att\u00e9nuent.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-tc-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2c5ed2ac4bf1e985d4e17c1101b1e6b3\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-tc-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-678074932b7496e87cb315363668e3d6\">Rapport du projet de recherche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport met en \u00e9vidence ce que les jeunes, le personnel et les employeurs consid\u00e8rent comme les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus utiles des programmes d&#8217;emploi pour les jeunes personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es. Il montre l&rsquo;impact de ces programmes sur leurs possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi dans le Canada atlantique.
