Le pr\u00e9sent rapport dresse un portrait de la situation afin que les organismes de l&rsquo;Atlantique puissent tirer des le\u00e7ons de ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 et s&rsquo;en inspirer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-tc-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9b0f0b0478f3b31975794fa4dc86a47f\">Le contexte unique du Canada atlantique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre r\u00e9gion a une histoire unique, des nations autochtones diverses et des trait\u00e9s de paix et d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 qui n&rsquo;impliquent pas la cession de terres autochtones. Le travail de r\u00e9conciliation doit en tenir compte et \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-tc-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b68388d4e0481e7897125b7ba73aec64\">Ce qui est encore n\u00e9cessaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un sondage men\u00e9 par ARAISA, les FS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clairs : 90 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir besoin de ressources pour soutenir la formation du personnel, et 74 % ont identifi\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel comme une priorit\u00e9.
