On February 18, 2020, during the “Vicarious Trauma and its Impact” webinar, our guest presenter, Vince Pietropaolo, the General Manager of COSTI Family and Mental Health Services helped participants recognize the indicators of stress related to working with trauma survivors while highlighting the difference between burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
