This 4-module, self-paced course is for employers looking to create a culture that’s as diverse as it is dynamic. This course is used under IRCC’s Regional Immigration Programs.

Under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP), this course does not meet the requirement for becoming a designated employer. To find more about the AIP-specific training requirements, click here. 

Under the Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) and the Francophone Community Immigration Pilot (FCIP), this course is one of the requirements for becoming a designated employer. To find more information on how to become a designated employer, please refer to your local Economic Development Organization.
