This project, in partnership with ISANS, offers a practical and evidence-based framework for designing employment programs tailored to refugee youth.
Underrepresented populations, such as refugee youth, face multiple and intersecting barriers to workforce inclusion. Drawing on two programs with demonstrated success, this project identifies obstacles to inclusion and shows how to develop and deliver employment programs that address and mitigate these barriers.
